Seven Ways to Fight Stress

Follow these tips De-stressed and try to relax.

1.Mi builds huge lists.

Many times, we write handwritten lists a bunch of things to be done and usually get frustrated and just the idea that you must write somewhere or end up losing in the list. Better to save your obligations and appointments on your mobile or laptop so I will not ever forget.


2.Mathete to say NO.

Already have a very busy schedule, so I do not have to accept that and also ask you, because then the stress will pay you. Learn to deny you nonetheless feel remorse, say you can not help when you have more time on your hands.

3. Gym.

It has been proven that exercise helps fight stress and reduce cardiovascular disease. So start gym if you do not like alternative bother with hiking, yoga or pilates to reassure the mind.

4.Weekend Trips

Take a weekend trip close to nature, the beach or the mountains, depending on what you prefer. If you do not have this feature try to relax at home with soft music and a warm bath.

5.Phone a friend.

Studies have shown that social contact telephone accelerate recovery from stress. So share your problems with friends from the phone or from social media as long as you do not overdo it.

6.Sex.

Although sex is the last thing on your mind when you worry, rush to your partner and you will overcome. A survey in 2006 showed that sex can reduce stress and anxiety before public speaking and that "higher frequency of intercourse is associated with greater benefits."

7.Deite the glass half full.


When stress overwhelms us, it is sometimes difficult to take a step back and keep a cool head. But think that this is something temporary, that is not as important as you think, maybe that can be dealt with some other way and you will soon find the solution.
